Bringing structure to the AI chaos.
I work full-time at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scalable solutions for a fintech company. I've led cross-functional AI onboarding initiatives, designed custom GPTs for content and demand-gen teams, and developed internal workflows that help GTM and product teams automate repetitive tasks and work more strategically.
Whether it's a marketing team, a founder wearing too many hats, or a scaling ops org, I bring structure to the AI chaos and help people get results, not just tools.
About Sheena
Who I am
I'm Sheena Miles, an AI strategist, speaker, and marketer based in Texas. With 15+ years across telecommunications and tech, spanning both B2B and B2C, I help non-technical teams, founders, and professionals align AI with go-to-market strategy to build systems that actually work.
I earned my graduate degree in AI and Machine Learning from IE Business School in Madrid, and my undergraduate degree in Marketing from LSU (Geaux Tigers!). I've worked with fast-growing startups and enterprise teams, helping each move faster and smarter with the right combination of strategy and execution.
When I'm not building workflows or preparing for a keynote, I'm probably testing a new GPT, reading something, or planning a trip (preferably somewhere with strong Wi-Fi and better wine).

On the mic & on stage
People are the point, even in an AI-driven world.
I've hosted a podcast with honest conversations about AI in the real world, and how people are using it to lead, build, and grow. I also serve as Co-Marketing Lead at Women Defining AI, and speak at conferences, team offsites, and internal trainings. No matter the setting, I bring clarity, context, and a human-first perspective to a space too often driven by hype.
I'm especially passionate about helping more women and underrepresented professionals feel confident and capable in the AI space. I've led internal workshops for women's networks, launched learning experiments, and designed hands-on resources that make AI more approachable, without dumbing it down.
